End-User License Agreement

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

• Agreement means this End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Application.
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You to a Device, named ThePeople.
• Company refers to ThePeople.

License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
